Submissions
Deadline for Paper & Panel Submissions: September 18, 2022

To Submit a Proposal for a Paper or Panel Send to: ccpsconference@yahoo.com
Please include the following in your paper or panel proposal*:
- Name of Proposer, Title, Affiliation, and Contact Information (mailing address, email address, and telephone number)
- Title of Paper and 150-word Abstract
*For full panel proposals, please submit ONE proposal with required information for all papers.
All panels will be 2 hours in length and limited to no more than 3 papers (25 minutes each) and 1 discussant (15 minutes) to ensure that participants have adequate time to present their papers and that discussants and the audience have sufficient time to discuss the papers. The CNPS Conference has an established record of stimulating authentic intellectual discussion because of its extended format, rather than the 5-minute “line on the CV” type of conferences.
Registration Fee: $175 due by January 27, 2023 January 15, 2023 (for all panelists).
Late Registration Fee: $225 (payable up to day of conference).
NOTE: Keynote Address and Registration are included in the Registration Fee. Additional guests are $50.00 each.
The preferred methods of payment are PayPal and Zelle. However, the conference will accept personal checks, money orders, or cash.

Last week, our PayPal link for paying the conference registration fee went down for some reason. The link has now been restored and you should be able to pay your registration fee. We have extended the early bird registration period to January 27, 2023.

Registration fee is waived for all graduate and undergraduate students upon presentation of a valid student I.D. from any institution of higher education. Registration fee is also waived for all journalists and media representatives reporting on the conference. Please send a photocopy of your student I.D. or press credentials in advance if possible.
