Transportation and Hotel

AIR TRANSPORT

It is recommended that conference attendees arrive at Valley International Airport in Harlingen, Texas, which is served by Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines (Minneapolis), Sun Country (Minneapolis), and Frontier Airlines (Chicago/Denver/Las Vegas).

You can also arrive via Brownsville International Airport (20 miles) or Miller International Airport (McAllen – 70 miles), but a Uber, Lyft, or auto rental is necessary if you choose to arrive at one of these airports. Some people have asked about San Antonio International Airport, which is a viable option, but it is a 3.5 hour drive from SAT to SPI. Corpus Christi airport is 90 miles from SPI.
